With very driven and energized young leadership at the helm, and older generations providing wisdom and guidance, El Morito has quickly become well known for its excellent quality green since placing in Peru's CoE in 2022. We previously featured both Dominga Carrasco and Miguel Estela, Salomon's son, on our menu earlier on and were absolutely ecstatic about the quality potential coming from El Morito. Salomon's farm sits at 1860masl and has become known as the primary destination for origin trips from roasters and buyers wanting to visit the El Morito producer group, as Salomon provides excellent hospitality and a welcoming environment at his estate.
