Roaster Notes: 

BC3.5 Drum - This coffee has a notably lower density than it's anaerobic counterpart, yet wanted to be roasted pretty similarly. Using a medium charge energy, I let the coffee develop some complexity with extra time in dry, pulled airflow slightly earlier to keep it from getting too soluble and to preserve florals, then sped through maillard and finished with 30s of dev and a decently hot end temp.
