Colombia La Muralla Pink Bourbon Washed

Region: San Agustin, Huila, Colombia

Producers: Several young producers in San Agustin  

Varietal: Pink Bourbon 

Process: Washed: floated and depulped, dry fermented on patios for 24 hours, dried on raised beds 

Tasting notes: Cherry, Lime, Pink Flowers

Roaster Notes: 

BC3.5 Drum - This one was very easy going, and responded exactly how I'd expect a dense PB to. Blasted with heat at the start, sped through middle to enhance acidity and bring out more florals, short time dev time for a very light end color/low end temp.
