Roaster Notes: 

Drum - Roasting approach was very similar to its Gesha counterpart, with the major exception being a slightly cooler/slower roasting environment near the end of the roast, meant to highlight the unique botanicals/florals that this green has to offer. Recommended resting is 3-5 weeks.
