Process: Washed: picked by hand and sorted for ripeness, fermented wet overnight in sealed plastic bags for 12hrs, washed, then dried on tarps on her roof for 12-15 days 

Tasting notes: Orange, Jasmine, Vanilla 

Roaster Notes: 

** OTL Batch #1:

The v1 test roast, 5 seconds less development than the production version. Slightly wheatgrass, but the acidity structure is mostly the same, more clarity on the fruit notes. 

** OTL Batch #2

Truly oops. Soaked about a minute longer than I should have, caused a slower start, and added a ton of complexity to this batch. Floral dominant flavor profile with incredibly crips and clear mandarin & jasmine notes. Slightly less acidity than prod or OTL batch #1. 

BC3.5 Drum - Much like other washed Geshas I've roasted in the past, this coffee took plenty of heat at charge, made it out of color fast, and sped through maillard, leading to an incredibly clean, light bodied and delicate final cup. Fresh oranges, intense jasmine, and a very pleasant lingering vanilla sweetness on the finish/as it cools.
